4 Range
The
Vantage4 range of PCI graphics adapters offers the
ultimate solution for high specification video wall
and data wall applications. Vantage4 provides the
highest performance graphics processing combined
with lower power operation allowing up to sixteen
cards in a single PC. The Vantage4-PRO offers a
lower cost option for video overlays, providing one
overlay per display and on-board 16 x 8 video matrix
switch. The Vantage4-SIP also provides one video
overlay processor per display channel combined with
256Mb of overlay supporting up to sixteen overlay
windows per display channel with tripple buffering.

Vantage4
Vantage4
operates with the Windows® XP operating system
and spreads the Windows® desktop across the
multi-screen display. Windows® applications can
be positioned and sized anywhere on the desktop. The
Windows® operarting system sees the multi-screen
display as one large desktop.

Vantage4-PRO
Vantage4-PRO
video overlays provide one overlay window per
display channel. The overlays can be positioned and
sized anywhere across the multi-screen display. The
restriction is that no more than one overlay may be
opened on the same screen. Vantage4-PRO is used in
conjunction with the Video Input Module (VIM) for
inputting video sources. Various input modules are
available and support up to one hundred and
twenty-eight video inputs. Each overlay window can
select anyone of the available inputs for display.

Input Options for the Vantage4-PRO
| VIM16 |
The
VIM16 provides sixteen analog inputs to each
set of Vantage4-PRO cards it is connected
to. The VIM16 can connect to two sets upto a
maximum of sixteen Vantage4-PRO cards in
each system. Each video overlay window can
select any one of sixteen possible video
inputs. |

For
systems needing more than sixteen inputs,
use a single or multiple VisionSwitch32-H
cards to increase the number of inputs to
thirty-two, sixty-four, ninety-six or one
hundred and twenty-eight. (one, two, three
or four VisionSwitch32-H cards) The
VisionSwitch32-H is supplied with two BNC16-cables
or the optional PANEL-16A |

multi-screen display driver for use with Windows®
2000 and Windows®
XP. The function of the display driver is to
present one large desktop to the Windows
operating system. The multi-screen driver will
support up to a maximum of 64 screens.
Wall
Control
- Datapath
Wall Control software enables you to configure
your video wall display, launch video overlays
and create a video wall layout configuration, it
is possible to save layouts and recall them for
future use.
- Wall
Control presents a representational window of
the entire video wall showing position and size
of video overlay windows, RGB windows (if used
in conjunction with the
Vision RGB product) and control dialogs for Vision
Switch.
- It
is possible to operate Wall Control on a remote
PC via a network connection.
